This is more an essay than a state of the union meme, because I realized when I was talking to Kuhn, that I desperately need to essay about Cielo's current mindset. Because I've been having increasing problems playing with him, and, well, until I talked to Zhores, I hadn't realized how fucked up the inside of his head has gotten.

Any suggestions, comments, ideas on how to get Cielo out of his rut, laughter at me writing YET ANOTHER essay (and yes I'm working on one for Ferdinand don't judge me) are welcome!

Edit because I'm thinking of it: Actually there is something kinda interesting about the way Cielo's thought processes worked. Because he was a sheep, but he was attempting to help the wolves insofar as he could because a) Sera was one and he didn't want her to get eaten b) he trusted Sera to be protecting as many people as she could. A was more important than b, but b also reassured him! But I'm not essaying on it because it's 95 degrees in mid-October and I'm too hot and tiiiired.

In terms of progression, it goes red --> blue --> yellow --> pink, with 1-5 dots signifying how close you are to moving to the next level. The base colour varies depending on the character. IT'S SUBJECTIVE and pretty. And if you get anything in the pink range, chances are, they either love you madly, consider you an incredibly important nakama, or want in your pants. Or all of the above!

Semi-hiatus! My old mouse is basically dead, and my backup mouse starts hurting my wrist after more than half an hour or so. I ordered a new one, but it'll probably be a week because I'm too cheap to pay for faster shipping. I might be aroundish anyway, but if I am expect me to be flaky. Flakier. Whatever.

How the Junkyard actually works, and how it worked before the demon virus came and changed everything, has always fascinated me. Mostly because I’m kind of a whore for worldbuilding, and the Junkyard’s pretty interesting world. And I think I’m addicted to essaying help help. So this is an essay on the Junkyard, and how it worked before the demon virus came! Most of this is headcanon, or extrapolations.
